No social security number or government ID is needed.

COVID-19 Antibody Testing

The COVID-19 antibody test is available at our 5 medical centers. This test provides insights into an individual’s prior exposure to the virus that causes COVID-19 and the potential for protective immunity. Research has shown that even with a positive antibody test you can still contract the virus. Precautionary measures should still be taken. COVID-19 antibody testing may be partially covered by your employees' group health plan. We also offer the testing to be performed onsite.
