Are your telehealth services available 24 hours, 7 days a week?
No, but we do provide extended hours for telehealth services. Extended Telehealth Services are available Monday through Friday, 4:00pm – 10:00pm and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am – 6:00pm.
How are telehealth services billed?
Telehealth services are billed utilizing the Florida Workers Comp Fee Schedule for initial and follow up visits.
How do I authorize telehealth?

Can the telehealth visit be done in Spanish or Creole?
Are your offices still doing in person visits?
Yes, all five occupational medical centers are fully operational.
Will we still receive a DWC-25 and view the medical work status on the PHC Portal?
Yes, you will receive all of the same documentation and can view virtual visit notes on the PHC Portal.
Can a post-accident drug test be done on an injured worker for an initial telehealth visit?
No, an employee requiring a post-accident drug test would need to go to a PHC clinic.
